At the beginning of the summer, JSC Syrodel was fined 305 thousand rubles.
Not agreeing with the decision of the Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor, the company appealed to the Arbitration Court of Stavropol region, but the court found the guilt of JSC Syrodel proved, and left the decision on the fine in force.
- Despite the decision, our company will appeal to the court of the next instance to appeal this decision, - said in JSC Syrodel, stressing that they do not agree with the conclusions of the supervisory authority.
