In 2020, Molvest increased the export of dairy products to 525 tons
The key sales regions were Azerbaijan, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan - the largest shipments were delivered to these countries, including ultra-pasteurized dairy products, whole milk products, and dry milk ingredients.
‘According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture, in 2020, Russia exported a record volume of agricultural products, becoming a net exporter for the first time. We see serious prospects in increasing supplies outside the country,’ said Anatoly Losev, General Director of the group of companies. ‘Traditionally, deliveries are made to the CIS countries, which are close to us in terms of milk consumption traditions. The countries of the Persian Gulf, where the share of self-sufficiency in milk is small, are showing increasing interest. On their part, very high quality requirements are imposed, which the products of Molvest correspond to.
It’s worth reminding that since the beginning of 2021, the company has already sent 100 tons of whey permeate to China, continuing to expand its sales markets.
‘In 2021, we entered into preliminary agreements and plan to implement big plans for the export of dairy products,’ Anatoly Losev stressed.
