Dairy plant of GC Damate produced more than 60 thousand tons of dairy products
Milk of various categories traditionally accounted for more than half of the produced volume of products, its production increased by 12% over the year. In addition, the line of mousses "Dessert" with natural berry and fruit fillers and the line of products for baby food "Mamalysh" will be expanded.
The dairy plant Penzensky is capable of processing up to 300 tons of raw milk per day. The company's assortment includes more than 150 products, including milk, fermented milk products, drinking and thermostatic yoghurts, classic cottage cheese, soft cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, butter, baby food, cottage cheese mousses.
