"Troitskiy maslosyrodel" in the Altai region is opened after reconstruction

During 8 months since December 2015 to August 2016 a large-scale reconstruction at the plant was completed in record time, as a result there was installed high-tech equipment imported from Spain and of domestic production.

They built new cheese storage and a shop for acceptance of milk, hardware area was fully upgraded, the saltery capacity was increased by 30%. They increased the capacity of cheese ripening cameras, and also installed the system of climate control, said at the Department.

One of the questions that was paid major attention during the reconstruction process was ensuring production safety. Therefore, the automated systems responsible for hygiene have been installed at the plant. No employee will be able to enter the shop without washing his/her hands first and without treating them with special antibacterial agent.

At present, the plant capacities allow to process up to 120 tons of milk per day, and the plant itself is aimed at the production of high-quality natural cheeses in new packaging formats. The plant's products are supplied all over Russia, hey can be found on the shelves of retailers from Moscow to Vladivostok.

Reconstruction of the plant "Trinity maslosyrodel" was another in a series of modernization of the enterprises of the company "Kiprino". Previously, almost from scratch was built Kiprinskiy Creamery, an extensive renovation was held at the Tretyakov Creamery.
